There will be a joint meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, with the Livonia Joint Planning Board and the Livonia Joint Zoning Board of Appeals.

 

This meeting is a continuation of the Public Hearing for the application of Chester Girod for a proposed Home Occupation (machinery Belt Shop) in an accessory structure located at 5976 Price Road, Livonia, New York.  This meeting is for the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for the Home Occupation approval.

 

The meeting will be held at the Livonia Town Hall, 35 Commercial Street, Livonia.  The meeting will begin at 7 pm.

Public Information Meeting: The Town of Livonia will hold a Public Information Meeting on the Big Tree Road Pedestrian Improvement Project on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 7 PM to 8:15 PM in the courtroom at the Town Hall, 35 Commercial Street, Livonia, NY  14487.  This meeting will be held in an open-house format, with representatives from the Town, Design Consultant Team, and the Project RLPL in attendance to answer any questions from the public as they review the project display boards, project fact sheet handout, and Draft Design Report.  These materials can be previewed with the following link:
